My aim is to offer a service to people who otherwise may struggle seeking mental health support because of location, busy schedules or mobility. Online Psychology is the perfect medium to overcome these barriers.
I am a Dr in Clinical Psychology, who loves travel, yoga and good food.
I am registered in Australia as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA.
I have completed postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychology at the Doctoral level and I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honors as well as having continued professional development throughout my psychology career attending various trainings by many leaders of their field.
I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist in Australia in various government and non government organisation. I have also had extensive international experience working in Fiji training counsellors of local NGOs, in Thailand in luxury rehabilitation settings, and in Bali leading Yoga and Wellness retreats.
As I love yoga I am also a level 2 ( 500 hrs) Yoga Teacher with an interest and specialisation in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I work with people experiencing a range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma or complex life transitions. My work is extremely satisfying and I often feel privileged that a person trusts me with the important issues of their life.
I offer a confidential service to adolescents, young adults and adult clients from all walks of life and all over the world.
As a therapist my aim is to support, listen, understand and if you wish to help develop strategies that are not just for people who are having a tough time but that are life enhancing skills for everyone.
